I ran across this article the other night in my email and thought I would share with you guys. It made me stop and realize that my reading habits have changed over the years. There was a time that I would read a whole book in a day on the weekend, or over the course of a few days. This has also been reflected in my Goodreads yearly reading challenge. Before I’d list my challenge for a few hundred books a year, now I’m good to hit 30 books in a year. Between work, writing, and more work, I’ve changed my time to actually sit down and read. Now I fit in about 15 minutes a night before I fall asleep. Now, there are times that it turns into an hour when I can’t put the book down.
With all that said… How many books are in your Goodreads 2018 Reading Challenge? Have you already met your quota for the year?

I will say that I do #7 all the time when I’m sitting at the doctors, or acting like I’m paying attention to what Mr. Willard is watching on the TV. I’ve tried number 8 and still can’t get into the whole audiobook thing, but I’ve not given up on that one. I think I just have to find the right book to hook me on it.
Hurry up and check it out, come back and let me know what you think, or share a reading trick that you might have.
Love,
A.M. Willard
