This week we bring you Jacqueline Anne as our A.M.’s Hump Day Magic. I love how we get to spice it up with our male and female models.
What has been your favorite shoot / campaign / work to date? I really enjoy shooting with other models. The guys I have shot with are super fun and amazing people.
How would you describe your personal style, where do you pull your inspiration from? Classy casual. I love my high heels, funky jewelry, and cute tops. Pair those with jeans and I am set. I don’t really pull the inspiration from any particular place. I am fairly simple when it comes to hair and makeup. It doesn’t take me very long to get ready. I would rather be doing other things 🙂
Do you have any hidden talents? I am also an erotic romance author, plus I will be doing my first figure competition this fall.
Do you get to travel a lot for your work? If so what’s your favorite city that you have visited? I try to stay close to home because of my family. I have traveled around Ohio for some shoots, but hope to do a little more traveling later this year.
Do you ever get shy in front of the camera? Absolutely, especially when I am working with male models. It also depends on the onscreen chemistry too even though most of us are in relationships with other people. The more I do it, the easier it gets. I do a lot of boudoir shoots, so I have gotten pretty comfortable in my bra and panties. lol
Favorite movie? I’m a bit of a movie buff, so this is a hard one. I do love sports themed movies a ton, but my list could go on and on.
Five things you can’t live without? My family, my close friends, my laptop, my phone, and the gym.
Give us five facts about you people may not know. 1) I love public speaking and the adrenaline rush that I get from it. 2) I have nightmares about losing my teeth. 3) I have never broken a bone before. 4) I have been on a plane that caught on fire. 5) I have been diagnosed with four different auto immune diseases. The most life altering was Ankylosing Spondylitis. For most of 2013, I had a hard time walking. I have fought and will continue to fight it for the rest of my life. It is my main motivation for working out every day and eating healthy.
What’s the best and worst thing about being a model? I never thought I would ever do this—not in a million years—but, I absolutely love it. It helps me stay on track. I have met some amazing people as well. The worst part has to be the creepy people and scams.
What’s your biggest accomplishment? Fighting back from the dark, painful place I was in before I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis and on the right medications. I still have pain every day, although most days it is fairly manageable. However, it has changed my life for the better in so many ways. It is why I started writing and now I workout for different reasons. It taught me to seize the day and do things that make me happy.
