It’s Wednesday, which means it’s A.M.’s Hump Day Magic.. Every week we will have a new featured model; male or female to help us get through the rest of the week. Some you have seen on book covers, as some might be new to us all.
Today I bring you fitness model Julio Elving, he’s been gracious enough to answer a few questions and even gave me permission to use a few photo’s from his Facebook page. Hope you enjoy and take a moment to stop by and give him a like.
What has been your favorite shoot / campaign / work to date?
It think it is impossible to select one favorite best or favorite author book or project that I have work with. I just treat them all as my favorite because they all are my favorite
How would you describe your personal style, where do you pull your inspiration from?
I’m always getting rid of clothes and belongings to get new stuff. I move with the seasons and the time. I don’t get stuck in styles. Everything becomes part of the past sometime.
Do you have any hidden talents?
I play the guitar sing and write songs. It is like an escape for me and I guess that’s a talent that not everybody knows I posses.
Do you get to travel a lot for your work? If so what’s your favorite city that you have visited?
My favorite place to visit is PUERTO RICO.
Do you ever get shy in front of the camera?
One can only be shy so many times. After you do it for a while it almost gets to the point where it feels like there is no camera there so the shy factor disappears and I just enjoy the moment.
Favorite movie?
A favorite movie don’t come to mind now but this tv show MAD MEN. You have to watch it.
Five things you can’t live without?
God, my parents, my girlfriend, food, my cellphone
Give us five facts about you people may not know.
5 factors people may not know about me: I was born and raised in Puerto Rico I have an accent I have a career in law enforcement I speak Spanish I eat like 7 times a day
What’s the best and worst thing about being a model?
When you are lucky enough to be considered to be a model by somebody with a project and then that somebody decides to make you the face of his/her project. I think that’s the best part the immense opportunities to achieve greatness. The worst part is the not knowing what’s next.
What’s your biggest accomplishment?
Biggest accomplishment today was waking up and getting out of the bed this morning. I thought I was not going to make it.
